How to get a faster answer

• Name the device and the player, for example Perfect Player on a Google TV box, or a player on a Samsung TV.
• Send a photo of the error message or of the settings screen, taken with your phone if that is easier.
• Tell us which channel or film fails, at what time it happened, and whether other channels still play.
• If you're a subscriber, start with the email address you used to order, so we can find your line straight away.
• For app crashes, updates or licences, remember that Perfect Player is made by Niklabs Software, not by us. We can still check that a playlist is entered correctly.
