Where Perfect Player is the official app, and where you need a different M3U or Xtream Codes player to do the same job with the same playlist. No device below is listed as compatible unless it actually is.
Perfect Player IPTV by Niklabs Software is built for Android. Search for it by name in Google Play; if the listing isn't live in your region, any M3U/Xtream Codes player from Google Play works with the same playlist.

As with Windows, there's no current official Mac build. VLC for Mac plays the same playlist link.
