Install a compatible player
Open Apps on a Samsung TV, or the LG Content Store (Apps on newer models) on LG, and install a player that explicitly lists M3U or Xtream Codes support.

Perfect Player has never had a Samsung (Tizen) or LG (webOS) version. On these TVs, install an M3U/Xtream Codes player from the TV's own app store — it plays the identical playlist and follows the same provider → playlist → app → live TV flow as Perfect Player on Android.

Launch it from your TV's app row. Some smart TV IPTV players show a device code and ask you to finish adding your playlist on a companion website.
Enter your M3U URL, or your Xtream Codes server, username and password, either on the TV directly or via the companion website if the app uses one.
If the app has an EPG or guide setting, add your XMLTV guide link there. Support varies by app, so check its own settings menu.
Save, restart the app if channels don't appear immediately, and your groups and logos should load from the playlist.
