Perfect Player IPTV FAQ

The app has been free to install. Some versions showed an option in Settings to unlock a full version. Either way, the app never includes channels: you still need a playlist from an IPTV provider before you can watch anything.

No. It is an empty player until you add a playlist. If you don't already have one, an optional subscription of ours supplies one: 22,000+ live channels and 120,000+ movies and series, plus a guide link for the EPG.

No, this site is not official. We are an independent guide. The app is made by Niklabs Software, and we are not connected to Niklabs or to perfectplayer.tv. We do not host, sell or distribute the app.

There is no Perfect Player version for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, Samsung or LG TVs. On those devices, install a player from the official app store that accepts M3U or Xtream Codes. The same playlist works there with no changes.

Search “Perfect Player IPTV” by Niklabs Software in Google Play on your Android phone or Android TV device. If the listing isn't available in your region, any M3U or Xtream Codes player from the same store follows our guides just as well.

Install it, open Settings, then General, then Playlist, and add your M3U or Xtream Codes details, then add an EPG link under the EPG setting if you have one. Restart the app and your channels load. Full walkthrough on our installation guide.

Usually the link was pasted with a missing character or an extra space, or the app was not restarted. Copy the link again, paste it in Settings, General, Playlist, then fully close and reopen the app. If the list is still empty, send support a photo of the Playlist field.

Guide data depends on each channel. Check that the EPG link is saved, give the app time to load it, and restart once. Some channels, often small local ones, carry no programme data at all, so a few gaps in the guide are normal.

No. We're an independent guide and an optional IPTV subscription. The Perfect Player app belongs to Niklabs Software. We gladly help you put a playlist into it, but app bugs, updates and app licences are outside our control, and we never provide copies of the app.

Rules differ from country to country, and we cannot give legal advice. You are responsible for following the laws where you live before you use any IPTV service, including one paired with Perfect Player.

A screen is one stream playing at a given moment. One login can be saved on unlimited devices, but a 1-screen plan plays on only one of them at a time. Two screens start at $25 for a month, and five screens start at $55.

Longer terms lower the monthly price. One screen costs $15 for one month, $32 for three months, $54 for six months and $69 for twelve months. The yearly price works out to $5.75 a month, which is 62% less than paying $15 every month.

Choosing a plan opens our secure store at iptvservices.online in a new tab. You pay once for the whole term. We do not store your card, there is no contract, and there is no automatic renewal at the end.

No. The one-month, one-screen plan at $15 has the same 22,000+ channels, the same 120,000+ movies and series and the same EPG as the twelve-month, five-screen plan at $190. You only pay more for extra time and extra screens.

Activation usually takes about 10 minutes. Your username, password and server URL arrive by email together with a setup guide. The guide shows what to paste into Perfect Player's playlist and EPG fields, or into any other player.

Refunds follow our refund policy. You are refunded if the line cannot be activated, if a fault on our side makes it unusable and support cannot fix it, or if you were charged twice. Refunds do not apply after long active use, for problems on your own device or network, or after a suspension for breaking the terms.
