Install the player
Download VLC media player from its official site, videolan.org, or from the Microsoft Store / Mac App Store.

Niklabs Software did release a Windows version of Perfect Player in the past, but its old site, niklabs.com, no longer offers it and we found no current official source to download it from safely. Rather than pointing you to a third-party mirror, we recommend VLC media player, a well-known open-source player that opens an M3U playlist link directly, on both Windows and macOS.
Download VLC media player from its official site, videolan.org, or from the Microsoft Store / Mac App Store.
Launch VLC. On Windows, open Media → Open Network Stream. On a Mac, open File → Open Network.
Paste your M3U playlist URL into the network stream field and press Play. VLC doesn't have a dedicated Xtream Codes login field — use the M3U link your provider gives you instead.
VLC has no built-in programme guide. If you specifically need an EPG on desktop, an M3U/Xtream Codes player made for Windows, rather than VLC, is a better fit — check its own settings for an EPG/XMLTV field.
Once the stream opens, use View → Playlist in VLC to browse and switch channels from the same M3U file.

Still have a question? A person answers on WhatsApp, usually within minutes.
Ask on WhatsAppNot that we could find as of our last check. If that changes, use it directly instead of VLC — the playlist and EPG steps are identical to the Android version.
Not as a dedicated login field. Most Xtream Codes providers also issue a plain M3U link for exactly this reason — use that in VLC instead.
